CGA is designed to be as flexible as possible, giving church leaders a number of options as to the way they work the Syllabus.

Most churches aim to take one session a month with a group of their key leaders. With three distinct modules, church leaders can choose to do one module at a time, then come back to another at a later date with the same group, or else with a different combination of leaders and key people.

The other major option is to combine all three modules into an ongoing missional leadership development programme, tackled over the best part of two years. To make this a more sustainable prospect, Partner Churches are also offered an extra Local Church Session each term that focuses on review, reflection, forward planning and feedback.
